Due to the ongoing labor action in Canada and restrictions imposed by the implementation of new legislation (Bill C-58), DHL Express is currently unable to adopt any contingency solutions. As a result, DHL Express Canada will suspend its services starting at 00:00 local time on Friday, June 20, 2025.
Consequently, effective from June 17, 2025, Eastern Time (June 18, 2025, Beijing Time), DHL Express will stop accepting inbound and outbound shipments to and from Canada until further notice.
This adjustment does not affect other DHL business units operating in Canada, including DHL Global Forwarding (DGF), DHL Supply Chain (DSC), DHL eCommerce, and Deutsche Post & Parcel import delivery services.
